Shipping Policy

   National shipments are made through Zoom, Domesa or MRW according to your preference and have a cost of $ 8. If you make a purchase equal to or greater than $ 100, the shipping will be totally FREE . Delivery times take 3 to 7 business days to reach its destination and are perfectly packaged, so LOBLAN is not responsible in the event that your order is delivered with physical damage by the parcel.

   At the moment we are not making International Shipments.  

   Orders received from Monday to Thursday after 12:00 hrs will begin processing the next business day.

   Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, will be processed on Monday to start with the validation of payment and then make the shipment.

   In the event that the Product is not available after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by email or by call about the total or partial cancellation of his order, a purchase voucher or refund of the amount paid to LOBLAN.

   LOBLAN is not obliged to send another product of a more expensive amount due to the lack of merchandise, since the availability displayed is while stocks last.

Return Policy

   Returns are subject to the  Loblan Sales and Refund Policy.  

   The first exchange / return that is made for your purchase will not generate shipping costs for you, as long as the report is prepared in a maximum period of 14  natural days.

* If a second change is necessary, it will be paid for by the customer.  

   You will have to send us an email to info@loblan.com.ve and present your case. If on our part a defect is found or it is determined that the product does not correspond to your order (model, color, size), we will be happy to receive the product, only if it is reported within a period of 14  calendar days after delivery.

   It is essential that the products subject to an exchange or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no exchange or return can be made. It is your responsibility to provide proper packaging to ensure that the  returned products arrive in perfect condition. If you have difficulty finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box or bag in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested return.  If this is the case we will communicate via  email.
